What Is ELI Young Professionals?

ELI Young Professionals is an exclusive, once-a-year online business and leadership program for Jewish young professionals (ages 20-37) from around the world who want to strengthen their skills, expand their network, and connect to Israel’s startup ecosystem.

The program includes 10-12 live online sessions led by Israeli entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders. You’ll learn practical business and leadership skills, including ideation, personal branding, AI tools, and fundraising.

As an ELI fellow, you also join a global Jewish network of professionals, business and community leaders. Our community stays connected, collaborates on projects, shares opportunities, and supports each other long after the program ends. Throughout the year, we host in-person community events partnering with top high-tech companies in Israel.

The program concludes in March 2026 with an in-person Gala, bringing together participants, speakers, and community members for a memorable, celebratory event.
