Kickoff & Opening Session
Led by Avivit Ohana, Founder & CEO of ELI, this opening will welcome you into the cohort and outline the vision and goals for the program. You’ll meet your fellow participants - Jewish founders and young business leaders from around the world, and begin building the global network that will support you throughout your journey. We will then begin the first keynote session with Raanan Cohen - the inspiring founder of Bringg.
Confessions of a Unicorn Founder
In this exciting opening session, Raanan Cohen - serial entrepreneur, bestselling author, and founder of Bringg - shares the real story behind building a unicorn. From transforming a bold idea into a global company worth more than $1B, to leading MobileMax from concept to IPO, Raanan will share his biggest lessons and challenges. With honesty, clarity, and inspiration, he reveals the personal and professional realities behind hyper-growth: navigating uncertainty, making big decisions quickly, recovering from failures, and leading teams through constant change.

Starting a Future Multi-Million-Dollar Startup: Insights from Silicon Valley
What does it take to build a startup that thrives on the world’s biggest stage?
In this session, Edo Perry, Founder & CEO of ELEMENTS, shares his personal journey of founding a startup in Israel and taking it all the way to Silicon Valley.
Through his story, Edo will reveal the real challenges and opportunities of entering the US-Israel market, and offer practical insights for entrepreneurs aiming to grow internationally. He’ll also explore how technology, collaboration, and education come together to tackle today’s most pressing business challenges - and what it takes to succeed globally.

Every successful startup begins with a single idea - but how do you take that idea and turn it into something real? In this session, Ofir Richman, Lecturer and Head of Extracurricular & International Programs at the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship, Reichman University, will explore the creative and strategic process of transforming ideas into ventures.
Drawing from his experience in entrepreneurship and innovation, Ofir will guide you through identifying real market needs, shaping your concept, and building the foundation for a startup with purpose, clarity, and potential for growth.

Go-to-Market Strategy for Startups
Inbal Rahav, Global Startup Growth & Ecosystem Partnerships Expert and CEO of the Israel-Austria Chamber of Commerce & Industry, will lead a session on developing a strong go-to-market strategy for startups looking to scale globally. Inbal will guide you through the essential steps of market entry, customer acquisition, and building strategic partnerships. You’ll learn how to adapt your product, messaging, and approach for different regions, ensuring success both in Europe and beyond. You’ll have practical tools to refine your global go-to-market strategy and position your startup for growth in international markets.

Every successful startup starts with a strong foundation, and the right business model is at its core. In this session, Elad Meidar, serial entrepreneur and Fiverr’s first CTO, will share how to transform a great idea into a scalable, sustainable venture.
Drawing from his experience helping build Fiverr into a unicorn, Elad will uncover the strategies behind creating business models that attract investors, drive growth, and stand the test of time. You’ll gain practical tools to define your value proposition, identify your market fit, and design a model that turns vision into measurable success.

QuickPitch with Donna Griffit: How to Pitch Your Startup with Winning Storytelling
A strong pitch is more than facts and numbers - it’s a story that shows investors why your startup matters and why it will win. In this session, Donna Griffit, a world-renowned corporate storyteller who has helped hundreds of startups raise over $2.5B, will teach you how to craft and deliver a narrative that positions your venture for its next level of growth.
You will learn how to build the core story behind your startup and translate it into a strong, investor-ready pitch. You will understand how to structure your pitch deck, present confidently to investors, and meaningfully increase your chances of securing investment.

From Idea to Execution: AI Tools for Entrepreneurs
AI is transforming how entrepreneurs build, scale, and lead, and those who know how to use it gain a serious edge. In this session, Hadas Frank, Founder & CEO of NextGenAI, will explore how AI can become your strategic partner in innovation.
Through real examples and hands-on insights, Hadass will demonstrate how entrepreneurs can leverage AI tools to boost productivity, validate ideas faster, enhance creativity, and make smarter business decisions. You’ll walk away with practical ways to integrate AI into your daily work and startup strategy, empowering you to do more, faster, and better.

What do investors really look for when deciding which startups to invest in?
In this session, Noya Kremer, Investment Associate at Techstars Tel Aviv - investing in 60 startups and supporting 150+ founders - takes you behind the scenes of the venture capital world. Noya will share how investors assess opportunities, what makes a founder stand out, and how to build relationships that attract funding. You’ll gain an insider’s perspective on how VCs think and how to position your startup for investment, growth, and long-term success.

Business in the UAE: Opportunities for Founders in the New Middle East
What investment opportunities does the new Middle East open for founders looking to scale globally?
