What Is ELI?
ELI (Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Israel) is a global organization (12+ countries) dedicated to empowering Jewish leaders, teens, and young professionals to thrive in the entrepreneurial world while fostering a deep connection to Israel. Our mission is to cultivate leadership, nurture entrepreneurial skills, and strengthen Jewish identity by connecting participants to Israel's vibrant business ecosystem.

ELI Young Professionals
This program is designed for early-career individuals eager to develop their entrepreneurial and leadership potential. Over 10 interactive online sessions, participants gain hands-on skills, connect with mentors, and explore Israel as a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship. The program provides practical tools and insights into launching ventures, advancing careers, and navigating today’s business world. ELI Young Professionals creates a dynamic network of peers and mentors, inspiring participants to lead with purpose and impact.

ELI NextGen
ELI NextGen targets Jewish high school students (grades 9–12), offering transformative experiences that build leadership skills, foster Jewish pride, and connect participants to Israel’s entrepreneurial spirit. This innovative program introduces teens to Israel as the Startup Nation, teaching them essential business and leadership concepts. Through interactive projects, real-world applications, and mentorship, ELI NextGen prepares the next generation of Jewish leaders to succeed in the entrepreneurial world while instilling a strong sense of community and identity.
