ELI NextGen​

ELI NextGen is a premier leadership and entrepreneurship program for Jewish high school students (grades 9-12). The program advances academic excellence, entrepreneurial knowledge, and hands-on experience while strengthening leadership development and meaningful Israel engagement. Students build real startup ventures as they develop critical thinking, collaboration, ethical decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Through interactive workshops, mentorship from accomplished business leaders, and exposure to Israel’s globally recognized startup ecosystem, participants gain practical tools that prepare them for university, future careers, and leadership roles within the Jewish community and beyond. Designed to complement a school’s curriculum and strategic goals, ELI NextGen strengthens students’ confidence, initiative, and sense of purpose - empowering thoughtful young leaders to make a meaningful impact on their schools, communities, and future.
