Welcome to ELI NextGen - Israel!

After successfully working with top Jewish high schools across the U.S., ELI NextGen is now launching in Israel - for the first time.

This one-of-a-kind entrepreneurship program is designed for ambitious Israeli high school students (ages 16-18) who dream big, lead naturally, and are ready to turn their ideas into real startups / businesses.

Whether your teen has a head full of ideas, wants to start a business, or is simply curious about the world of entrepreneurship - this program is the launchpad.

Over the course of 15 online, hands-on sessions, students will:

Learn how to take an idea and build a real venture
Understand what it takes to be a founder in Israel’s world-renowned start-up ecosystem
Develop critical skills like creative thinking, pitching, teamwork, and leadership
Work in teams and get personal guidance from top Israeli entrepreneurs, investors, and tech leaders

This isn’t just about learning how startups work, it’s about building one, from the inside out.

In addition to the online sessions, the program includes three in-person meetups:

A powerful opening event to kick off the journey
An exclusive visit to a leading Israeli high-tech company
The closing event: a Final Pitch & Celebration, where students present their startups and celebrate their achievements. Parents are invited as well.
Plus, each student will receive a branded bag, notebook, and other exciting merchandise to accompany them on their entrepreneurial journey.

Students also meet inspiring guest speakers, visit tech hubs, and connect with like-minded peers from across the country - all while developing the mindset, skills, and confidence to lead in any environment.

By the end of the program, participants walk away with:

A start-up / business they build from scratch
Real experience in innovation, business, and leadership
Stronger confidence and public speaking abilities
